As a Start-up Manager and Head of Studio at The Cutting Studio, Doha my work included the following:
- planning and set up of the physical space in M7/ Musheireb
- Business structure development
- International Recruitement, Training & Team Management
- PR/Communication and presentation of the Studio values and mission to partners, collaborators and stake holders
- Overseeing and Managing Studio Programming & Operations
- Web- and Social Media management + Branding
- Setting up supply chain
- Studio Program Mangement ( hosting Workshops, Events, Exhibitions, Photoshoots…)
- Brand consultations, one-to-one
- Overseeing Collection and Project Development during start up phase for customers such as ( Fahad Al Obaidly, EARTH Coffee, 1309studios, Nafsika Skourti, Dana Riad…)
